These database videos are available to students to assist them in learning how to navigate various individual databases.

Our research guides are web pages curated by library experts. They offer how-to support and information about recommended library resources. You’ll find them arranged by academic program, subject, course, or special research skill area, like preparing a research poster or using citation management software.

This tutorial demonstrates the basic searching features of the suite of CINAHL databases on the new EBSCOhost interface.

CINAHL has a feature called Quick Lessons. Quick Lessons are 2-page fact sheets that provide general background information on almost 200 topics.

Each Quick Lesson includes information on the topic's description/etiology, facts and statistics, risk factors, symptoms and clinical presentation, assessment, treatment goals, and more, as well as a list of references that provide further information.

While the Quick Lessons are written, edited, and reviewed by RNs, they are published by CINAHL Information Systems, so they are not considered journal articles. Use these for background information and helpful references.
